Comrade Do Manh Hien spoke on steering the Conference

Attending the Conference was representatives of Leaders, Officials from Municipal Personel Committee, Propaganda Committee, Inspection Committee, Mass Mobilization Committee, Internal Affair Committee and Office.

The Conference was attended by comrades from BDCC’s Party Standing Committee, Board of Managers, Board of General Directors, Union President, Youth Union Secretary, Board of Controllers, Chief and Deputy Chief of Party Office,Chiefs and Deputy Chiefs of BDCC’s Department as well as those of BDCC’s subsidiaries.

The Conference attendants listened, discussed and totally agreed with the draft report of reviewing duty performance in quarter I and deploying duties for quarter II for BDCC’s Party Executive Committee. Based on that, BDCC’s Party Executive Committee actively set up the action program, closely directing Party sub-committees to deploy the performance of Resolution proposed with high spirit of activeness to overcome the difficulties, and strive to finish all political duties as assigned.

The result showed that the targets of business production in quarter I was achieved and exceeded. BDCC and almost of its subsidiaries, associated and son companies obtained the targets at 28% of annual plan, increasing 15% in compare with those of 2015. Party building and strengthening work was focused, the policies for laborers were well carried out, local defense and social security work were fulfilled. Also, 35 policy families were subsidized, 210 gifts were given to poor households in over the city…

On deploying the duties for quarter II, basing on the Resolution of Central Party Congress XII, Resolution of City Party XV and the fact of BDCC, BDCC’s Party Executive Committee actively set up the action program, directing Party sub-committees to deploy the task, determining to finish all duties assigned and get the target of 30% of annual business production plan. They were asked to perform well the tasks of building Party, local defense, to lead the people to promote the emulation movements among staffs as well as to take care of laborers’ material and spiritual life.
