At the meeting, Chairman Vu Quang Bao handed over Decision No.246/QD-HDQT dated 22/12/2018 to appoint Mr. Pham Duc Thang M.A – Chief of Office to hold the position of Deputy General Director, the holding period is 03 years from 01/01/2019 and Decision no.245/QD-HDQT dated 22/12/2018 to appoint Mr. Hoang Anh B.A – Deputy Chief of Office, Manager of Administration Division to hold the position of BDCC Chief of Office and Manager of Administration Division, the holding period is 03 years from 01/01/2019;
