The 15 storey building with a total floor area of nearly 30,000 m2, consists of 432 rooms and ancillary works to meet accommodation for 2,600 students.

Student Housing Construction Investment Project was located on the land with an area of 2,4 ha in Kenh Duong Ward, Le Chan district, Hai Phong: Construction of a 15-storey building and a 21-storey building to serve accommodation for 10,000 students of all universities and colleges in Hai Phong City with synchronous infrastructure to ensure accommodation for 60% of the students who are trained at all educational agencies in Hai Phong City.
