Comrade Pham Van Vuong, Permanent Deputy Head Hai Phong Municipal Department of Propaganda and Training made a  quick dissemination of the basic contents of 13th Conference Resolution of Central Party Executive Committee (term XI) to the whole conference attendees, such as the acceptance of suggestions of Party congresses at all levels, National Assembly’s members, Vietnamese Fatherland Front’s members, the whole unions, officers, comrades and people to include in drafts of instruments for submission to Party Congress XII, Summary report of the implementing Central Resolution 4 (term XI) of building Party, personnel of Central Executive Committee, Politburo, Secretariat, and personnel of Central Supervisory Committee term XII, Draft of Work Regulations, Election regulations of Party Congress XII, and other important issues.

At the end of Conference, Comrade Le Trung Kien, Member of Municipal Committee, BDCC Party Committee Secretary, BDCC General Director requested every officer and comrade to deeply understand to lead, direct and well organize the deployment of Party’s Instruments to the whole staff in BDCC. Also, by having a thorough grasp of Party’s guidelines and policies and having specific contact with the real situation to successfully complete all the tasks designated.
