Present at the Conference was leader and expert representatives of Business Management Services, Department of Personnel and Organization, Department of Planning and Finance from MOC, Mr. Do Manh Hien –  Member of Standing Committee – Chairman of Board of Haiphong Municipal Inspection Committee, leader and expert representatives of Haiphong Municipal Party committees, and Mr. Le Trung Kien – Commissioner – Director of Planning and Investment Department – Former BDCC’s Party Secretary and General Director.

Getting into the first year of 5-year plan in 2016 – 2020, with the high determination, BDCC’s leader board focused on leading, concretizing als, tasks and solutions, gathering most of forces to complete the plan for 2016. As the result, after 06 first months, BDCC recorded great important achievements in various fields, basic business production targets were gained and even exceeded, as follows: Value of business production: VND 3,436 billion, gaining 55% of the whole year plan, increasing 15% as those in 2015; Revenue: VND 2,056 billion, gaining 50% of the whole year plan, increasing 16% as those in 2015; Payback: VND 2,037 billion, gaining 54% of the whole year plan, increasing 15% as those in 2015…

Delegates at the Conference

In the field of business production management and execution, BDCC’s leaders focused on directing the execution for big and major plans, meeting the Employer’s demands of progress, quality and labor safety, promoting BDCC’s advantages and strengths in constructing field.

Speeding up the progress of the investment plans of house and urban development as planned.

Implementing the equitization work at dependent units and companies to keep up with the progress as in Corporation Reconstruction Scheme approved by MOC; consolidating the work of organization and personnel to be consistent with the factual situation of BDCC as stated in MOC’s regulations and Business Law.

To deploy the tasks for last 6 months, BDCC’s leaders emphasized that the whole BDCC’s staff and leader board needed to promote their spirit of solidarity, creativeness to complete all the tasks for last 6 months and BDCC’s annual plan of 2016.

Speaking at the Conference, Deputy Minister Bui Pham Khanh recognized all the results that BDCC won in first 6 months. He asked BDCC to continue improving business management competence, investment management competence, keeping caterical in finance management, enhancing the payback, making settlement of construction, as well as having plans for long-term stable business and construction development and real estate investment market widening…

At the Conference, with the respect and emotion, BDCC’s Party Committee and Leader board held a farewell ceremony to Mr. Le Trung Kien – Former BDCC’s Party Secretary and General Director who had been appointed to be Director of Hai Phong Planning and Investment Department.
