The project was owned by Viet Nampetroleum Finance & Land joint-stock Corporation, with total investmentCapital 193 bil.VND. It will be completed and used in the fourth quarter of 2011.TMC erection and Construction Investment joint- stock Company (under Bach DangConstruction Corporation) is the main Contractor.
