Construction of Package A6 – Noi Bai – Lao Cai highway project is the way to past Van Yen district, Yen Bai province with a total length of 39.52km. Phase 1 of the approved package with width of 24m roadbase, 4 lanes, 2 emergency stopping lanes, median strips, safety strips and roadsides.

Noi Bai-Lao Cai Highway project invested by Vietnam Expressway Investment and Development Corporation (VEC). It has a total length of over 260 km, with a total investment nearly 1,250 million USD. That is the project with the largest length and total investment in Vietnam.
