After monitoring the site, Deputy Director Luu Quang Bon chaired a meeting to review progress and construction plan of contract packages with Project Management Board and construction units (Bach Dang Export-import JSC and Bach Dang 234 Construction JSC and Bach Dang 7 JSC). By the end of 8/2014, the construction schedule of the package as follows:

Contract Package A1: Line 1 – reinforced concrete pipeline on Lan Be road – Cong Luon section to Quay bridge has been basically completed, CSO OC1 has been completed, the entire sidewalk has been paved with asphalt, the business activity and daily life of the people Lan Be road is back to normal; Line 1 – HDPE DN1000: completed 1716/2.635m, reached 65%; line 4 – HDPE DN630: completed 526/535,5m, reached 98%, RC pipe DN1000: completed 291.5 / 313,5m, reached 93%; line 5 – cast iron pipes DN1200: completed 1671/2147, reached 78%.

Line 1 – RC culvert basically completed

Contract Package A3: Finishing tank of pumping station; hard frame, plastering work and electrical wiring for the operation house of An Da pumping station. After the interruption of construction due to no plan, now the Employer has continued to hand over plan of Phase 1, the Corporation requested the Project Management Board to direct Bach Dang 7 JSC to restart the construction work from the date 06/10/2014.

By the conclusion, the Deputy General Director Luu Quang Bon recorded the efforts of the Projectt Management Board and construction units have been overcome difficulties for construction plan, compensation work, complicated construction conditions through crowed population,… to ensure the construction schedule, quality and safety as required by the project. In the coming time, the leaders of the Corporation requested the Project Management Board in close collaboration with the units, even more drastically in the work to remove difficulties for the construction plan and construction method and submit PMU, Hai Phong People’s Committee and the competent authorities quickly for approval, licensed for construction of the intersection with Nguyen Van Linh road, Tran Nguyen Han road and road 50-WB, focus manpower and equipment to speed up the construction schdule to complete required schedule milestone of project.
