Địa điểm xây dựng của dự án: 268 Trần Nguyên Hãn, Lê Chân, Hải Phòng.

Phía Đông Nam giáp: Đường Trần Nguyên Hãn.
Phía Tây Nam giáp: Công ty cổ phần ô tô Trường Hải.
Phía Tây Bắc giáp: Ngõ 266 và khu dân cư.
Phía Đông Bắc giáp: Ngõ 266, khu dân cư và dự án 266.

Diện tích đất nghiên cứu của dự án: 4.420 m2.

Diện tích đất xât dựng: 1.788,0 m2. (Trong đó: diện tích xây dựng Tòa nhà phức hợp: 1.067,0 m2; diện tích xây dựng Nhà để xe (05 tầng): 721,0 m2)

Tổng diện tích sàn xây dựng phần nổi của Tòa nhà: 15.425,6 m2.


Phối cảnh Tòa nhà

* Tòa nhà phức hợp bao gồm 16 tầng nổi và 01 tầng hầm với công năng sử dụng như sau:
– Tầng hầm (01 tầng): Nơi để xe và khu kỹ thuật của tòa nhà.
– Tầng 1: Sảnh đón, Lễ tân khu văn phòng, các phòng chức năng và khu dịch vụ.
– Tầng 2-4: Khu thương mại dịch vụ.
– Tầng 7-9: Văn phòng làm việc của cơ quan Tổng công ty.
– Các tầng còn lại: Văn phòng làm việc các đơn vị thành viên và dịch vụ cho thuê.

* Nhà để xe: Phía sau Tòa nhà phức hợp là Nhà để xe được xây dựng với quy mô 5 tầng, có sức chứa 25 xe ô tô mỗi tầng. Tiếp giáp Nhà để xe bố trí hai khu vực đỗ xe máy.

* Về mặt kiến trúc:
– Công trình toà nhà phức hợp văn phòng, thương mại dịch vụ cho thuê là công trình dân dụng hỗn hợp. Công trình nằm trên trục đường Trần Nguyên Hãn, thành phố Hải Phòng có lưu lượng xe cộ qua lại và mật độ dân số cao. Do vậy quan điểm hình khối và ngôn ngữ kiến trúc sử dụng cho công trình đơn giản, nhẹ nhàng, hiện đại, gần gũi nhưng cũng tạo ra đường nét, sắc thái riêng.

– Với các hướng tiếp cận của dự án là Đông Nam giáp đường Trần Nguyên Hãn và các hướng giáp khu dân cư và các công trình khác nên tòa nhà phức hợp được bố trí đặt lùi vào so với trục đường chính 21m tạo khoảng không gian sân rộng phía trước để đón khách.

– Toàn bộ công trình là tổ hợp của 3 khối vuông vức cao dần về phía sau, ngoài ra là bãi đỗ xe auto phía sau nhà, sân trước và khuôn viên cây xanh xung quanh.

– Công trình có dạng hình khối, chiều dài nằm dọc theo hướng Tây Nam – Đông Bắc nên mặt tiền của tòa nhà bố trí quay ra hướng này; các không gian phụ trợ hoặc không gian bổ sung được bố trí góc Tây Bắc nhằm làm giảm bức xạ nhiệt mùa hè, các mặt khác bố trí không gian mở để tận dụng tối đa ánh sáng tự nhiên.

– Màu sắc của công trình bố trí hài hòa, nhẹ nhàng với các mầu chủ yếu là ghi, xanh và trắng tạo nên nét hiện đại, nhẹ nhàng và thân thiện với môi trường.

Tiến độ: khởi công từ tháng 10 năm 2015, Công trình dự kiến được hoàn thành đưa vào sử dụng trong tháng 01 năm 2017.
