Ngày 16/01/2017, tại Phường Hòa Quý, Quận Ngũ Hành Sơn, Đà Nẵng, Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng – CTCP cùng Đại học Đà Nẵng đã tổ chức Lễ khởi công xây dựng Đại học Đà Nẵng – giai đoạn III.

biểu tại Lễ khởi công, đại diện Nhà thầu thi công – ông Nguyễn Văn An –
Phó Tổng giám đốc Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng – CTCP cam kết sẽ huy
động đầy đủ nhân lực, thiết bị, thi công công trình đảm bảo đúng chất
lượng, tiến độ, an toàn vệ sinh lao động theo yêu cầu của dự án.

Đại học Đà Nẵng, thành lập năm 1994, là một trong ba đại học cấp
vùng của Việt Nam, trụ sở tại thành phố Đà Nẵng. Đại học Đà Nẵng hiện là
đại học đa ngành, đa lĩnh vực, và là một trong 18 trường đại học trọng
điểm quốc gia của Việt Nam. Do đó, việc đầu tư xây dựng đáp ứng nhu cầu
tăng tường cơ sở vật chất, xây dựng Đại học Đà Nẵng thành trung tâm đào
tạo, nghiên cứu khoa học đa ngành, liên ngành với hệ thống hoàn chỉnh
các trường, các viện nghiên cứu, các đơn vị thí nghiệm là thực sự cấp
thiết.

Được sự quan tâm và chỉ đạo của Chính phủ và Bộ giáo dục
và Đào tạo, dự án đầu tư xây dựng Đại học Đà Nẵng giai đoạn III đã được
Bộ GD&ĐT phê duyệt theo Quyết định số 4983/QĐ-BGDĐT ngày 30/10/2015.
Với quy mô đầu tư xây dựng mới bao gồm: Nhà làm việc, học tập, thí
nghiệm thực hành: cao 5 tầng (các tầng 1,2 bố trí khối hiệu bộ). các
tầng 3,4,5 bố trí khối học tập, thực hành, hội trường. Tổng diện tích
sàn xây dựng: 8.127m2. Và các hạng mục hạ tầng, kỹ thuật, các công trình
phụ trợ (san nền, đường giao thông nội bộ, cây xanh, điện chiếu sang,
tường rào, nhà để xe,…)
