Sáng 04/8/2016, Tổng giám đốc Nguyễn Trọng Khải, Phó Tổng giám đốc Lưu Quang Bôn cùng lãnh đạo, chuyên viên các phòng chức năng Tổng công ty đã đi kiểm tra tiến độ thi công tại công trường xây dựng Khu liên hợp xử lý chất thải rắn Gia Minh (dự án thoát nước mưa, nước thải và quản lý chất thải rắn Hải Phòng, giai đoạn 1).
Tổng giám đốc kiểm tra tiến độ thi công tại công trường Gói thầu C

Sau khi kiểm tra công trường, Tổng giám đốc đã chủ trì cuộc họp kiểm
điểm tiến độ thực hiện dự án với Ban điều hành và các đơn vị thi công dự
án. Tính đến ngày 02/8/2016, sau 9,5 tháng thi công, khối lượng công
việc Tổng công ty đã thực hiện đạt gần 31% tổng giá trị hợp đồng, đáp
ứng yêu cầu về tiến độ, chất lượng, đảm bảo an toàn vệ sinh lao động.

Kết luận cuộc họp, Tổng giám đốc biểu dương sự cố gắng của BĐH dự án và các đơn vị thi công đã nỗ lực, chủ động vượt mọi khó khăn thực hiện dự án đáp ứng các yêu cầu của Chủ đầu tư. Khối lượng công việc còn lại là rất lớn, mặt khác do phải thay đổi thiết kế một số hạng mục của dự án và những ảnh hưởng khó lường của thời tiết sẽ ảnh hưởng đến việc thực hiện tiến độ rút ngắn (còn 30 tháng so với 32 tháng theo Hợp đồng) mà Tổng công ty đã đặt ra. Để hoàn thành mục tiêu rút ngắn tiến độ, Tổng giám đốc yêu cầu Ban điều hành dự án tăng cường tính tự chủ, phát huy tính sáng tạo trong công tác quản lý, điều hành dự án, chủ trì cùng các đơn vị nắm bám Chủ đầu tư, Tư vấn giám sát để nhanh chóng giải quyết các vướng mắc về thay đổi thiết kế, xử lý các tài liệu, hồ sơ thành toán; các đơn vị thi công cần chủ động về nhân lực, thiết bị sẵn sàng đẩy nhanh tiến độ thi công khi các thay đổi thiết kế, biện pháp thi công được phê duyệt để bám sát từng mốc tiến độ, đảm bảo tiến độ của dự án. Bên cạnh đó cần chú trọng chất lượng công trình và đặc biệt là công tác đảm bảo an toàn vệ sinh lao động, vệ sinh môi trường. Tổng giám đốc cũng chỉ đạo các phòng chức năng của Tổng công ty hỗ trợ, tạo điều kiện tốt nhất về công tác hồ sơ, kỹ thuật và tài chính đảm bảo cho công tác thi công dự án theo kế hoạch.

án thoát nước mưa, nước thải và quản lý chất thải rắn Hải Phòng, giai
đoạn 1 do UBND thành phố Hải Phòng làm chủ đầu tư với đại diện là Ban
quản lý dự án Cải thiện điều kiện vệ sinh môi trường Hải Phòng. Dự án sử
dụng nguồn vốn vay ODA Nhật Bản và vốn đối ứng của UBND thành phố. Nhà
thầu thi công là Liên danh Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng – CTCP và
Công ty CP Tập đoàn Việt Úc. Giá trị hợp đồng hơn 796 tỷ đồng, trong đó
Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng – CTCP thực hiện 55%, Công ty CP Tập
đoàn Việt Úc thực hiện 45%. Thời gian thi công: 32 tháng.
