Chiều 23/7/2014, tại trụ sở Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng – số 268 Trần Nguyên Hãn, Lê Chân, Hải Phòng đã diễn ra Lễ ký Thỏa thuận hợp tác toàn diện giữa Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng (BDCC) và Ngân hàng TMCP Đại chúng Việt Nam (PVcomBank).
Dự và chứng kiến Lễ ký kết có ông Cao Lại Quang – Ủy viên Ban cán sự Đảng, Thứ trưởng Bộ Xây dựng, ông Đỗ Trung Thoại – Phó chủ tịch UBND thành phố Hải Phòng, ông Lê Vũ Thành – Chủ nhiệm Ủy ban Kiểm tra Thành ủy HP, ông Lê Văn Cường -Giám đốc Ngân hàng Nhà nước Hải Phòng, ông Ninh Văn Quỳnh – Phó Tổng giám đốc Tập đoàn dầu khí Việt Nam; các ông/bà đại diện lãnh đạo các bộ, ngành trung ương, lãnh đạo sở, ngành thành phố Hải Phòng.

Tham dự buổi lễ có các ông Nguyễn Huy Hoàn – Bí thư Đảng ủy, Đào Việt Dũng – Chủ tịch HĐQT, Lê Trung Kiên – Tổng giám đốc Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng; các ông Vũ Huy An – Bí thư Đảng ủy, Thành viên HĐQT, Nguyễn Đình Lâm – Chủ tịch HĐQT, Nguyễn Hoàng Linh – Phó TGĐ thường trực PVcomBank; các đ/c lãnh đạo, CBNV của Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng và PVcomBank cùng các cơ quan thông tấn báo chí trung ương, địa phương đã đến dự, đưa tin.


Các đại biểu lãnh đạo Bộ XD, UBND thành phố về dự buổi lễ

Theo Thỏa thuận hợp tác toàn diện giữa BDCC và PVcomBank, PVcomBank sẽ cam kết cung ứng toàn diện các dịch vụ ngân hàng, bao gồm: Dịch vụ nhận tiền gửi, dịch vụ nhận quản lý tài khoản thanh toán, cấp tín dụng và thu xếp vốn, dịch vụ tư vấn tài chính, dịch vụ tài chính doanh nghiệp, dịch vụ tài chính cá nhân.

Ngoài ra, PvcomBank và BDCC cũng ký kết hợp đồng tín dụng hạn mức năm 2014 trị giá 700 tỷ đồng. Đây là hợp đồng tín dụng hạn mức bảo lãnh và cho vay để phục vụ các dự án của BDCC đang triển khai năm 2014.

Phát biểu tại buổi lễ, ông Cao Lại Quang – Ủy viên Ban cán sự Đảng, Thứ trưởng Bộ Xây dựng ghi nhận, đánh giá cao năng lực, kinh nghiệm và những đóng góp của Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng qua quá trình 56 năm phát triển cho sự nghiệp xây dựng và bảo vệ và phát triển đất nước; đánh giá cao năng lực, kinh nghiệm của PVcomBank trong việc cung cấp các dịch vụ tài chính cho các doanh nghiệp trong lĩnh vực dầu khí, năng lượng và hạ tầng. Thứ trưởng tin tưởng sự hợp tác thành công của Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng và PVcomBank, góp phần thúc đẩy sự phát triển ngày càng vững mạnh của 2 đơn vị.
