Sáng 19/8/2015, ông Lê Khắc Nam – Phó chủ tịch UBND cùng các Sở, Ban, Ngành Thành phố đã đi kiểm tra tiến độ thi công tại công trường Dự án đầu tư xây dựng Cơ sở 2 Bệnh viện hữu nghị Việt Tiệp tại xã An Đồng, huyện An Dương thành phố Hải Phòng.

Sau khi đi thăm các hạng mục đã hoàn thiện (Gói thầu 15B: thi công xây dựng các Hạng mục: khoa truyền nhiễm, khoa lao và bệnh phổi, khoa tâm thần, khoa dinh dưỡng và các hạng mục phụ trợ) và kiểm tra công trường đang thi công (Gói thầu 8A: xây dựng khối nhà chính đơn nguyên 4,5,6 và thiết bị xây lắp – Hạng mục khối khám kỹ thuật nghiệp vụ – điều trị), Phó chủ tịch UBND Thành phố đã chủ trì cuộc họp kiểm điểm tiến độ thực hiện dự án với đơn vị đại diện Chủ đầu tư, Nhà thầu thi công, các sở ban ngành thành phố và đại diện lãnh đạo huyện An Dương.

Tại cuộc họp, đại diện lãnh đạo Chủ đầu tư, huyện An Dương, các sở ban ngành thành phố đã báo cáo đầy đủ về tiến độ, chất lượng, phương án bố trí sắp xếp các hạng mục đã hoàn thành đưa vào sử dụng, tình hình về nguồn vốn, công tác giải phóng mặt bằng, công tác thi công, những vướng mắc xin ý kiến chỉ đạo và có những kiến nghị với lãnh đạo thành phố.

Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng – CTCP cùng các nhà thầu liên danh đảm nhận thi công 02 gói thầu của dự án Đầu tư xây dựng Cơ sở 2 – Bệnh viện Hữu nghị Việt Tiệp, gồm: Gói thầu 15B và gói thầu 8A.

Gói thầu 15B (Thi công xây dựng các Hạng mục: khoa truyền nhiễm, khoa lao và bệnh phổi, khoa tâm thần, khoa dinh dưỡng và các hạng mục phụ trợ) có giá trị 69 tỷ đồng đã hoàn thành, đủ điều kiện bàn giao từ cuối tháng 5/2015 (vượt trước tiến độ hợp đồng 06 tháng).

Gói thầu số 8A (Xây dựng khối nhà chính đơn nguyên 4,5,6 và thiết bị xây lắp – Hạng mục: Khối khám kỹ thuật nghiệp vụ – điều trị) do liên danh nhà thầu: Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng – CTCP, Công ty cổ phần Công nghệ & Truyền thông Sông Hồng và Công ty cổ phần Công nghệ Quốc gia thực hiện với giá trị Hợp đồng hơn 438 tỷ đồng, trong đó: Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng – CTCP thực hiện 250 tỷ đồng, tương ứng 57%; Công ty CP Công nghệ và Truyền thông Sông Hồng thực hiện 84 tỷ đồng, tương ứng 19%; Công ty CP Công nghệ Quốc gia thực hiện 104 tỷ đồng, tương ứng 24%.

Hiện tại Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng tập kết đầy đủ thiết bị thi công, nhân lực trên công trường và đang triển khai đúc, ép các loại cọc bê tông D600, D350 cho phần móng khối nhà chính với khối lượng đã thực hiện là 32.3 tỷ đồng, đáp ứng đúng yêu cầu tiến độ của dự án.

Phát biểu tại cuộc họp, thay mặt Nhà thầu thi công, ông Lê Trung Kiên – Tổng giám đốc Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng – CTCP cam kết sẽ đáp ứng đủ về nhân lực, thiết bị thi công theo yêu cầu  tiến độ từng thời điểm của dự án. Tổng công ty cũng đề nghị Chủ đầu tư tổ chức nghiệm thu bàn giao các hạng mục thuộc gói thầu 15B nhà thầu Bạch Đằng đã thi công xong bao gồm các Hạng mục : khoa truyền nhiễm, khoa lao và bệnh phổi, khoa tâm thần, khoa dinh dưỡng và các hạng mục phụ trợ thuộc dự án

Phát biểu kết luận cuộc họp, đ/c Phó chủ tịch ghi nhận, biểu dương và đánh giá cao sự quyết tâm của Ban quản lý dự án và Nhà thầu thi công Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng đã thực hiện tốt yêu cầu của dự án, đáp ứng các yêu cầu về tiến độ, chất lượng và an toàn lao động. Giai đoạn tiếp theo, lãnh đạo thành phố yêu cầu: Sở xây dựng hướng dẫn BQL dự án cùng Nhà thầu thi công hoàn thành công tác nghiệm thu bàn giao các hạng mục đã hoàn thành đưa vào sử dụng; Sở y tế cần khẩn trương đề xuất bố trí một số khoa phòng của Bệnh viện Việt Tiệp sang cơ sở mới. Đề xuất phương án đầu tư xây dựng, chuyển Bệnh viện y học dân tộc, khoa cấp cứu 115 để sử dụng các hạng mục đã hoàn thành trình thành phố phê duyệt; Các Sở Tài chính, Kế hoạch đầu tư có kế hoạch chuẩn bị, kêu gọi các nguồn vốn theo yêu cầu tiến độ của dự án; Huyện An Dương nhanh chóng giải quyết dứt điểm công tác giải phóng mặt bằng đối với 01 hộ dân còn lại để bàn giao mặt bằng dự án. Chỉ đạo chính quyền xã An Đồng phối hợp làm tốt công tác an ninh trật tự tại nơi triển khai dự án. Khẩn trương triển khai xử lý mương nước trước dự án để đảm bảo giao thông lối vào khi dự án đi vào hoạt động.
