Implementing the Decision No. 616-QD/TU of the Standing Board of the City Party Committee on the transformation of the Party Committee of Bach Dang Construction Corporation – JSC (the Party Committee at the grassroots level) into the grassroots Party Committee; at the same time transferred to the Party Committee of the City Business Division.

The Standing Board of the Party Committee of the City Business Division has issued a Decision on the rearrangement of the Party organization under the Party Committee of Bach Dang Construction Corporation – JSC. At the same time, the Standing Board of the Party Committee of the Bloc issued the decisions to transfer the 3 Party organizations directly under the Party Committee of Bach Dang Construction Corporation – JSC to be under the Party Committee of the Bloc, including: Party Committee of Construction Joint Stock Company. 234; Party Committee of Hai Phong Technical – Professional Vocational College; Party Committee of Construction Joint Stock Company 204.
