Bach DangConstruction Corporation participates in performing Package 14 “Construction ofthe 15-floor building under the Investment and construction project of Student’sdormitory buildings (stage 1) that belonged to PMU of Construction andDevelopment of Urban under the Hai Phong Construction Department. This Contractvalued 140,309,114,000.0 VND. The construction schedule is 18 months. Commencementdate is 20th October 2009.

This 15-floorbuilding occupied 30,000.0 m2, included 432 apartments and other auxiliaryworks that meet the needs of accommodation for 2,600 students. Yard, civilroad, landscaping area, lighting area, water supply and drainage systems… occupied40% of floor area.

From the 1st tothe 3rd floor will be arranged for garage, management service, trading service,electronic library, area of culture and sport… The rest floors will be arrangedfor student’s dormitory, each self-contained apartment is 25,5 m2; 37,8 m2 and 50,4m2 that are suitable for the needs and activities condition of the students,including research students and foreign students.
