In accordance with the directive from the General Director of Bach Dang Construction Corporation, on December 3, 2023, the company conducted a visit and working session at the Sapa Social Housing Project in Lao Cai province. During the visit, the working delegation inspected occupational safety and hygiene, project documentation, construction progress, and the quality of the construction.

Based on the inspection results, the Project Management Board of the Sapa Social Housing Project has strictly adhered to occupational safety regulations and the construction schedule.

Currently, Bach Dang Construction Corporation has completed Package BP02 and is expeditiously implementing Package BP03 to hand over to the investor on schedule.

The Social Housing Project for Low-Income Earners in the Northwest Reserve Area – Sapa Town – Lao Cai Province is one of the key projects of the government, aiming to improve living conditions and promote socio-economic development for people in the highland areas. The total project area is 25,371 square meters, with a construction area of 40%, comprising 5 separate buildings with 917 apartment units. The project has a total investment of 925 billion VND.
