Ngày 26 tháng 8 năm 2014, được sự chuẩn y của Đảng ủy Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng – CTCP, tại Cơ quan Tổng công ty, Chi bộ Quản lý Xây lắp đã tổ chức lễ kết nạp cho 03 quần chúng ưu tú thuộc các phòng ban Tổng công ty vào Đảng là: đ/c Phạm Thị Khánh Chi – Chuyên viên phòng Quản lý Xây lắp Tổng công ty, đ/c Trần Đức Hạnh – Chuyên viên Sàn giao dịch Bất động sản Bạch Đằng và đ/c Nguyễn Văn Thắng – Kỹ sư Xây dựng, giám sát công trường BĐH dự án Hải Phòng.

Đến dự buổi Lễ có đồng chí Lưu Quang Bôn – Đảng ủy viên Tổng công ty, Bí thư Chi bộ Quản lý Xây lắp, đ/c Trần Ngọc Anh – Đảng ủy viên Cơ quan Tổng công ty, các đồng chí trong cấp ủy chi bộ, các đồng chí đại diện Ban chấp hành Công đoàn, Ban chấp hành Đoàn TN Cơ quan Tổng công ty; các đồng chí Đảng viên trong Chi bộ và các đồng chí trong nhóm phát triển Đảng đang.

Trước Quốc kỳ, Đảng kỳ và chân dung Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh, các đồng chí đảng viên mới đọc lời thề danh dự của người Đảng viên Đảng cộng sản Việt Nam

Tại buổi Lễ, đồng chí Lưu Quang Bôn, Bí thư Chi bộ đã chúc mừng và giao nhiệm vụ cho các đ/c đảng viên mới, phân công đảng viên trong Chi bộ tiếp tục giúp đỡ các đồng chí đảng viên mới hoàn thành nhiệm vụ và phấn đấu trở thành đảng viên chính thức. Đồng chí cũng đã căn dặn các đồng chí đảng viên mới luôn luôn tu dưỡng đạo đức và bồi dưỡng chuyên môn nghiệp vụ để trở thành người đảng viên tốt; cần nhận thức rõ vai trò tiên phong của một người đảng viên Đảng cộng sản Việt Nam. Đồng chí mong muốn các đồng chí Đảng viên mới tiếp tục rèn luyện, trau dồi đạo đức cách mạng, phấn đấu rèn luyện về tư tưởng, có lối sống lành mạnh, học tập và nâng cao trình độ để có thể đảm đương và hoàn thành xuất sắc các nhiệm vụ được giao.

Đồng chí Trần Đức Hạnh thay mặt các đồng chí đảng viên mới cảm ơn sự tin tưởng của cấp ủy Chi bộ, sự quan tâm dìu dắt của các đ/c đảng viên giúp đỡ để các đ/c hôm nay được vinh dự đứng trong hàng ngũ của Đảng; thể hiện niềm xúc động, tự hào được đứng trong hàng ngũ của Đảng quang vinh và hứa sẽ cố gắng rèn luyện, trau dồi về tư tưởng chính trị, đạo đức cách mạng; không ngừng học tập nâng cao trình độ chuyên môn để sớm được công nhận là những đảng viên chính thức, không phụ sự tin yêu của lãnh đạo cấp trên và các đồng chí, đồng nghiệp.

Buổi lễ kết thúc trong không khí đầm ấm cùng những lời chúc mừng của các đồng chí, đồng nghiệp và những bức hình lưu niệm trong thời khắc thiêng liêng đối với các đ/c đảng viên mới.
