Sáng 28/8/2015, Tổng giám đốc Lê Trung Kiên đã đi kiểm tra tiến độ thi công tại công trường Gói thầu A2 – Dự án thoát nước mưa, nước thải và quản lý chất thải rắn Hải Phòng giai đoạn 1, cùng đi có Phó Tổng giám đốc Lưu Quang Bôn và lãnh đạo, chuyên viên các phòng ban Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng.

Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng đảm nhận thi công Gói thầu A2 – Xây dựng tuyến cống nước thải: Tuyến 2, tuyến 3 và Kênh An Kim Hải, Tuyến cống hộp Phương Lưu – Dự án thoát nước mưa, nước thải và quản lý chất thải rắn Hải Phòng (giai đoạn 1) do UBND thành phố Hải Phòng làm chủ đầu tư. Giá trị hợp đồng Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng ký với Thầu chính là hơn 297 tỷ đồng theo đơn giá điều chỉnh.

Gói thầu A2 có địa điểm thi công đi qua địa bàn 3 quận Lê Chân, Ngô Quyền, Hải An, gồm các hạng mục: xây dựng tuyến cống nước thải số 2 từ trạm bơm hồ Thiên Nga đến ngã tư Văn Cao dài 2.608 m; tuyến cống nước thải số 3 từ trạm bơm Kiều Sơn đến trạm bơm Chợ Hàng dài 3.547 m; cải tạo nâng cấp tuyến mương An Kim Hải từ trạm bơm Kiều Sơn đến cống ngăn triều phường Đông Hải 2 dài 5.355m; xây dựng tuyến cống hộp nối hồ Phương Lưu với kênh An Kim Hải.

Ngay từ khi nhận được mặt bằng thi công, các đơn vị thi công (Công ty Cổ phần Xây dựng Bạch Đằng 201, Công ty Cổ phần Bạch Đằng 5) đã tập trung nhân lực, thiết bị triển khai đồng loạt 07 mũi thi công theo kế hoạch. Đến hiện tại một số đốt cống hộp đầu tiên đã hoàn thành, các mũi thi công đang triển khai công tác ép cừ larsen, văng chống, nạo vét bùn, ép cọc tre, đổ bê tông lót, thi công kết cấu thép, ván khuôn để đổ bê tông các đốt cống tiếp theo.

Kiểm tra tại công trường dự án, Tổng giám đốc Lê Trung Kiên ghi nhận và đánh giá cao sự quyết tâm của các đơn vị thi công đáp ứng tiến độ của dự án, đảm bảo chất lượng công trình và an toàn lao động. Do công trình có địa điểm thi công phức tạp, đi qua nhiều vùng địa bàn dân cư nên gặp nhiều khó khăn vướng mắc về mặt bằng thi công. Tổng giám đốc yêu cầu Ban điều hành và các đơn vị thi công cần tập trung tối đa về nhân lực, thiết bị nhanh chóng triển khai thi công khi có mặt bằng thi công đồng thời phối hợp chặt chẽ với đơn vị Tư vấn giám sát và Chủ đầu tư để kiến nghị các cấp chính quyền có biện pháp kịp thời giải quyết những vướng mắc về mặt bằng và biện pháp thi công đảm bảo hoàn thành công trình đạt hiệu quả cao, đáp ứng các yêu cầu về tiến độ, chất lượng và an toàn lao động.
