Based on the vote counting minutes No. 02/BBKP-ĐHĐCD dated September 23, 2022 of the General Meeting of Shareholders of Bach Dang Construction Corporation JSC, on September 23, 2022, the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Corporation approved 24/NQ-ĐHĐCD approving the dismissal of Ms. Bui Thi Chau – Head of the Supervisory Board of the Corporation for the term 2018-2023 and the additional election of Ms. Le Anh Thu – Member of the Supervisory Board of the Corporation for the term of 2018-2023 from September 23, 2022.
